Under the data protection act 1998, section 7 (1), you are within your legal rights to see the information we may hold about you.
The act provide us to make a small fee for our time and out of pocket costs in supplying this information.
Your request must be submitted in writing to, The CRM Manager, Mark the Photographer, Room 226, 61 Praed Street, London W2 1NS, together with our admin fee of £11.75 (£10+vat), a full vat receipt will be supplied.
We shall reply within 28 days of your written request.
